Tom has been a full time Realtor since 1980 and going strong. His business is based predominately on past clients and referrals. Through all markets Tom has been consistent with his no nonsense approach to helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams of home ownership.
A philosophy based on honesty, and integrity, Tom’s focus has been on working with clients to help them reach their home ownership goals. Most importantly he stresses the need to make good solid decisions when it comes to home buying or selling or even if doing so makes good sense given finances, market conditions, work to be done to a property, commute time to work etc.
Buyers and seller know that referring Tom to friends and family means they can trust him to put the client first, not just collecting a commission. Tom believes a happy client equals future referrals and continued success in the business he loves.
